So I'm new obviously. Found out the other day that after losing a huge 14 kilos a couple of years ago, I am back to sitting at 70 kilos. Which sucks but is still 7 kilos less then my heaviest.
So I decided it's not good enough and decided I wanted to lose 10 kilos which would be the lightest I've been since 14 or so. I mean I've been there and tried before but have never had motivation or goals to do so.
So I made my decisions today. When I get to my goal weight, I'm going to go on a cruise. Something I've always wanted to do but never felt good about my body.
Goal is lose 10 kilos in 3-4 months. Winter just started in here (not that you would know it) so we'll find out how that goes. Fingers crossed.
