Im a newbie here, 6-1 " 40 yr old male, been consuming about 1500 cals a day and walking 2 miles at work and 4 at night for about a month now. Lost 11 pounds so far, 285 to 274 I expected better loss, could some of this be muscle formation in my legs?

I want to get to 200 eventually. Where do you guys get that little weight goal thingy at the bottom where it shows your progress of loss? Thanks.

it could definately be muscle... keep at it, sounds like you are doing real well at your plan... drinking alot of water helps too

Thanks for the welcome folks, tallgirl, its been fairly easy, I tend to stick with frozen prepared meals lean cuisine, etc. its easier to monitor caloric intake that way. I did this same plan about 10 years ago and went from 270 to 195 in about 6 months so I know it works. You just have to stay focused and exercise and drink your water. A family move to a new state derailed me and my good habits back then, but I know better now.
