time-to-change

Hi! Ive been checking out this site for a little while and decided to join.

I'm looking to loose 40 pds. I've tried every diet and I'm tired of it, so I'm just going to work on changing my eating habits, I guess some call it a lifestyle change. I'll create a new goal for myself each week. This week I'll work on not eating after 8 pm. I'm normally up till 11.

Looking forward to getting to know you all :D

I'm new here too, but welcome. Also, ditching the "diet" mentality is a great step in the right direction. Diets are simply temporary ways of eating that lead to temporary results. Slowly beginning to change your lifestyle is the way to go.

Try and focus on small multiple meals each day that consist of lean proteins; chicken, turkey, eggs, lean beef, whey, etc.....complex carbs; brown rice, whole wheat bread and wraps, old fashion oatmeal, etc.......good fats; nuts, healthy oils, etc.......fruits and veggies.

And when I say multiple meals, shoot for 5-6.
