Welcome! You can do it! I know that losing 100 pounds or more seems like a HUGE thing, but they come off just like 20 pounds - one pound at a time. I have found that writing has really helped me to stay focused and to stick to a plan. I have a diary on here, a paper journal just for me, and a food journal where I write down everything I eat. It's a lot of writing, but it has made all the difference. I'm down 15 pounds in 6 weeks - from 245 to 230. You can do it, too! Just decide on a plan and stick to it. See you around!
