I've had a chance to read some of the threads and everyone seems very welcoming and friendly here so I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone. Here's a little bit about me;

CW 175
GW 150 (or thereabouts

My weight has always been fairly steady but the last couple of years I seem to be on a rollercoaster. I NEED HELP!!!! I'm looking for motivation and encouragement to get me back on track and to stay on track.
I recently ordered Kathy Smith's Project You from beachbody, I have their slim in 6 program but I found it was too hard on my knees. Anyone used Project You? Got any advice or tips for this newbie?
