Hi all

Hi everyone :) It's a pleasure to be here and to meet you all. I am hoping that here I can find some information on the right diet and the ability to lose at least 5 Kg in 8 weeks (perhaps more?).

I have been going to the gym for about 6-7 months now, and the problem is the only difference I am noticing is that I am much fitter and have put on a little bit more muscle. The fat is still here (well it was 33% when I started, I'm hoping it's gone down a bit since then) so I've narrowed it down to diet.
