Hi every one my name is Denise i am 26 years old and i am from the uk
so far i have lost over 4 stone , i have some more to lose also i want to tone up
I have just got myself a gravity walker , are these any good

Unfortunately I don't know much about that machine, or to be honest, how much 4 stone is! (Google tells me that a stone is 14lbs, so you've lost 56 lbs? Impressive!)

yes abear thats like the walker i have got
jelly belly all i have done is change my eating habits exercise a bit more and i drink more water
i also go to a diet club every wednesday
