Just joined the forum tonight. I'm working on losing weight. I need to lose over 100 pounds. I am looking for a community that can help keep me motivated through the tough times. I'm looking forward to being part of this group. Thanks all!

What is your plan to lose 100 pounds? Do you have any diet? Do you have an active lifestyle?
 
Welcome to the forum! I think you will find this a great place to help you with your weight loss, it has been for me. I am down 53 lbs so far and hope to lose a lot more.

I suggest you look at the Weight Loss Diary page (https://weight-loss.fitness.com/forums/weight-loss-diary.9/ ) and read through a few of the diaries. It will help you to understand how things work here. Then I suggest you start your own diary and tell us more about yourself and your goals. Its a good way to get started.
