Hi,
I'm Nelly. I'm a fat chick, I'm 90 kg (198 pounds) for 1m73 (5ft7). Im pretty fat :(
I've been fat for 3 years. I'm trying to get before late december to 52 kg (120 lbs), I'm sick of being this way.
I'm stalling at 90 kg currently. I'm drunk kinda, so sorry of my intro is weird.
I'm currently just eating whatever under 2000 cal a day. I used to only eat 400 cal a day or less and lose 4 kg per week. Currently it's only 100 g a day. I need help.

Hi Nelly! Good to have you here with us. :)
I've just read a couple of your posts, so I know you've just dropped ten kilo, which is a really great start. It's a general pattern that the first few kilos come off pretty easily, and then weight loss slows down, so my guess is that your current slowdown (but still 700 grams a week - that's a pound and a half!) is just your body adjusting to its new weight loss - which will still add up to quite a lot by late December.
Anyway, take a look around the site, maybe start a diary, or look in on some of the Clubs - have fun and enjoy the ride!

Hey Nelly, welcome to the forum! And congrats on the 10 kg loss and going down a size, that is an important accomplishment and one you should feel good about!

No problem, posting a little drunk is better than not posting. I agree with Amy, you should consider starting a diary and telling us more about yourself and your goals. It sounds like you may not be eating enough and might want to reconsider your time line, dropping 38 kg in 2 months may not be realistic. But you can lose the weight you need to.

FYI, I am a fat guy, fatter than you, but 61 lbs less fat than I was 5 months ago, thanks in large part to the advice and support I have gotten here. Stick around and you'll find the same. You can do this!

i was a bit surprised the other day when i came across a lecture that counted alcohol as a 4th macronutrient. it is rarely mentioned in nutritional guidelines because it is completely non-essential. ....have to say i'd go along with that.

to me there are two downsides of alcohol consumption (not that there aren't any positive aspects, but they are entirely non-nutritional)... aside from the useless calories inherent in alcohol, there is typically a period of time surrounding such activity when less positive nutritional choices are often made.

Flyer is right, alcohol is wasted calories. One of the things I have done is to greatly reduce my alcohol consumption, it has really helped with the weight loss. Drinking enough to get drunk takes a lot of calories.

.... Drinking enough to get drunk takes a lot of calories.
not to be caviler, but at 170, i'm finding that 2-3 IPA's is now enough to make me glad i walk to the bar these days. as you lose weight, the total amount of your body fluids naturally decreases... alcohol has less fluid to dilute it's strength.
hate to admit the first stop we usually made after donating blood when i was in college.... :beerchug:

hello @Nelly :seeya:
400 kcal a day is way too little. How long are you going to keep this 'diet'? Are you sure that after a couple weeks you will want to eat totally everything what you'll see? I would be afraid about yoyo effect, which isn't important.
How is your normal day looks like? I mean what do you eat? Do you exercise?

I usually eat 500-1000 cal. I never binged since I started my diet except a few times with just alcohol. I'm never tempted, almost never hungry except at night at times (where I want to eat whatever I can, but I never do really). I'm pretty sure I'll keep that for months, it's really easy for me at least.

My standard day: :lurk5:

:beating: Breakfast: none

:beating: Lunch: 500 cal microwave thing

:beating: Dinner: 2 ramen cups (120 total)

0 exercise

It would be great if you could add more vegetables, and make your diet more rich in nutrients. Also, more varieties of (HEALTHY) meals will keep your body healthy because of differences in micronutrients. I can give you some meal ideas. :)
I am also afraid that 620 kcal a day is too little for you. Now you can feel ok, but in fact, your body is taking minerals and vitamins from the liver, bones and other sources in your body because of deficiencies. This process is really smart, but also really dangerous after a long period of time for your physical and mental health.
Let me know what you think about that.
