Hey,

When I started my diet I weighed pretty close to 180 lbs. My goal was to slim down but I especially want to lose belly fat. I watch my fat intake and I jogged Mon-Fri every week and did ab exercises every other day. Now I weigh about 157 lbs and I'm not as thick as I use to be. My abs feel strong but i still have some fat around them. I want to lose this belly fat but I really don't need to lose anymore weight.

Can someone give me some advise on how lose this belly fat and maintain my weight.
 
well a lot of people here will tell you that the only way to lose those last few pounds is cardio, cardio and cardio including a great diet ofcourse. :)
 
If your not weight training and your running 5 days a week you have lost muscle as well as fat...
nutrition, strength training, cardio - just doing one or two of these is silly...All 3 combined is where the magic happens.
