HGH or AAS suplement

for a 17 year old that wants to gain muscle mass relatively fast what would be a good choice? or neither and go with whey?

Neither.....go with whey, creatine, and fish oil.

Neither. Use whey.......

You do not find hard work in a friggen "bottle", "pill", or other over-the-counter "bull-sh^t".

Why....?

Because fast and easy sells.

And those in the "know" use their brain cells........>:)

Best wishes

I feel like somebody should mention that while LV speaks the truth, taking X supplement is no guarantee at all of putting on muscle.

Calories in exceed calories out & enough (let's say 1g - 1.5g per lb of bodyweight) protein -> muscle gain.

So, if you want to get hyooge, train hard and eat more quality food.

The only reason I mentioned taking those supps was because the thought of a 17 yo kid even thinking about starting AAS is a joke. He obviously hasn't done his homework on AAS or most likely any smart diet/training approach.

To the OP, research those supps I mentioned along with a smart diet and training approach for whatever it is your goal is, get back to us, and we can critique what you come up with.

A post simply asking if you should start using at 17 yo, without knowing any of your training history, diet, or goals is a post that will most likely not give you a thorough reply. Here is a good way to start off a post to get a good critique out of the well educated individuals on this forum....

I'd have to agree with LV. Whey, creatine and fish oil (the good stuff!).

Although the verdict on creatine is still out, the results that I've seen with the younger guys in the gym who are taking it is quite impressive. Naturally, they have a good diet and exercise program, but I doubt they'd be making the gains they're making without the creatine, and they are all convinced it's the creatine as well.
