Hey, im going to buy some whey protein powder.

but i need to know when to use is, once? twice a day? and when, in the morning? after workout? can somebody help me please? :D

here is my training scheduale:

Monday: FBW apart from my legs
Tuesday: Rugby (uses legs alot)
Wednesday: Arms and abdominals work out
Thursday: Rugby again
Friday: FBW apart from legs
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rugby Match

So when is the best time to take the maximuscle cyclone?

the generic answer though is "post workout is a good time to consume 30-50grams of whey protein".
