My name is Jake and I have a minor problem. A little less than 5 months ago I weighed about 185 pounds and was angry over my body. I started dieting and working out and I'm now at about 150-155. Angered over my stomach, I used the Ab Lounge 2,.. which actually works very good. But as for my pecs I can't seem to get them looking toned. I do about 50 push ups a night but I really see no difference at all. Anytime I ask the question on how to tone them someone just says to diet but they look the same from weight 185 to 155. Anyone got any ideas?
