Hey

My name is Jake and I have a minor problem. A little less than 5 months ago I weighed about 185 pounds and was angry over my body. I started dieting and working out and I'm now at about 150-155. Angered over my stomach, I used the Ab Lounge 2,.. which actually works very good. But as for my pecs I can't seem to get them looking toned. I do about 50 push ups a night but I really see no difference at all. Anytime I ask the question on how to tone them someone just says to diet but they look the same from weight 185 to 155. Anyone got any ideas?
 
First of all, welcome to the forum. Second, look around here or use the search tool. There are TONS of posts on your problem. Third, calm down! You've done good so far, don't be angry. You lost 30 pounds, you should be proud of yourself.

I have a tiny "Gym" if u could call it that. It's got a bike, a treadmill, an ab loungue and a bench press. I bench press about 2-3 times a week. I normally don't do that much though I'm too lazy, only about 195 15 times a day or so.
