Im new on this forum .i was 115kg. in one year i become 73kg. 2 years later im 79kg so i have to lose this overweight for my healt .i feel alone in this so i surch the internet and came hier.i hope i can help someone and someone can help me so we never give up. I wish everybody a lot of power to keep going.
 
Hi, Jekanhet & welcome to the forum. Look on the positive side. You were 115 kg & are now 79. That is excellent. Concentrate on eating as healthy as you can & if you want to get back down a few kilos you have the know-how so could do it again :)

Thank you yes i pickt up my old food diarys and today is my first day i go at the gym not only to workout but to fight my sociale anxiety to . Before a workout onley at home whit youtube and a walk in nature every day . ... thank you for the positieve vibe !!

Not a dieet more healthy eathing en exercise every day 20 a30 min and when i feel like it 45 min a 1hour but every day i workout plus a walkt alot .the firts year a just walkt becaus 115kg en jumpig was not simple afther a year a was 95kg just walking not eathing healthy then a begin eathing healthy and workingout and in 3 months 73kg ouw yes the firts month a skipt pasta and rise then a put it back in my plate in month 2.its was for shoking my body and it works for me.this is how a thid it back then .feel free to judge.
