So, I am a nineteen-year-old college student who has decided to exercise daily for the Lent season in the hopes that it will help me to jump start this thirty plus pounds of weight I want to lose. I decided to join this so I would have some motivation and help if I needed it. I'm only on day four of working out but I can already feel my body getting stronger and I also don't crave food as much. I'm super glad to be on this journey and I can't wait to see where the rest of Lent takes me.
