Hey,
Just joined and thought I would say hi!! I've lost 51lbs and have 29lbs to go until I reach 11stone. I'm 5ft 7, but even at my fittest was never below 11st so going to aim for that. Finding it really hard going now as I work an office job which has been calculated to burn around an extra 700 cals on top of my BMR so is absolutely pants! I walk 2 miles to work and then 2 miles back in the morning, have dropped my intake and do some resistanvce training but cant seem to shift any more weight - and my fat % is the same so not gaining muscle either.
Has anyone els hit this wall? I'm not sure how to get over it as I cant afford to join a gym, and cant run due to bad knees. I have also been taking ECA's (think there a UK thing) 3 a day to curb cravings etc and they arent even helping now.
Any one got any hints or tips?
