Hey guys, my name is chris, Im 15, and Im trying to lose weight :D

Im about 5'6 And 189 lbs . trying to get to about 150-140 lbs.

Well, just wanted to say hi :)

Actualy i do have a plan. I will eat 5 meals a day, do cardio in the morning, then weight lifting :D I think all should go well if I eat right and exercise right :)
