Hey Whats up

Im new to this forum and fairly new to nurtition and health. Im 20 yrs, about 160 pounds and 5 foot 8 inches. Ive been working out consistently for about 2 months and ive been dieting the same. My goal is to drop down to 10% ( or lower) bodyfat and stay that way. Anyways, good to finally join the forum :)
