He worked out hard that day, preparing for the triathlon.........and was tired.
I thought I would pick the dude up..........he is a special dude we all can learn from.

I made a special post for him in the Chillout log.........To boost the "Brotha" along. We must positive reinforce one another in the things we do. This is one major and critical component of this forum.
