Hey this is my pic tell me what I need to improve on

Well it might be a bit small but I'm a 15 year old boy and need help on ab training mostly. Can you guys give me tips on what to do? I've been swimming every weekend (Sat & Sun) for about a month now. Does it help in anyway? Thanks.
 
Here's a good plan:

1.) Eat something
2.) Workout
3.) Take a real picture
 
Anything to get the heart goin ...you look to skinny to me ..."eat sum steak,lifts some weights,concentrate,concentrate"-xzibit
 
mmm...lets say...swimmin helps ur muscles to shape but not ur abs it helps bak and arms....and for abs do crunches for now...every nite and mornin...3 sets each time 50...start like tht then increase the reps...and u also need to gain some chest muscle

Train your abs like every other muscle. 12 reps max if you want those abs to pop out, use a weight so you can overload the muscle. Make sure you dont over train them as well. If you look at successful people with good abs you will find that they only train 1 -3 times a week.
