Newcomer here, ready to meet and share what I've been mastering over the decade. I am a health and fitness instructor/trainer, formally I was overweight and learned some amazing things throughout my journey. Now I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. Knowing how it felt being the way I was, I want to give back in any way I can.

My name is akhil thomas.
i m 6ft 3inch and my weight is 123kg. i am doing one hour gym daily morning 4 days a week but still no massive changes.
i have quit drinking due to weight gain from past two months and having good health diets along with my hypothyroid medicines.
i am taking my protein shakes (whey 100%standard and also black spyder fat cutter) but showing no results.
what should i do my body structure is fine its just the stomach area which is bulging out very badly... i need to cut that out.
please suggest.

Hi Mam,

Greetings...!!!

  • Morning 5.30 i start with 20 minutes of cardio and then weight exercises for chest,biceps shoulders, legs.(Respective days)
  • after the gym i take 1 scoop of protein with water.
  • normally for breakfast i take bread and scrambled egg.
  • I dont snack regularly because of my office timings and schedules only 4 times a day breakfast lunch team time with some biscuits and dinner. (basically never overeat)
  • no scanning yet.
