Hey everyone.

I'm Fasmaie, from the east coast of the US, but soon moving to the West Coast. I'm 40, 6 feet tall, and weigh about 185 lbs. Until about a year ago, I used to be quite active - rode my bike every day, ran 5-10 miles a few times a week. Things have slowed down a bit because of factors that I'm working on fixing. My physique is focused on my lower body - I have a pretty scrawny upper body.

I'm not too weight-focused, though I like the way I feel when I'm close to 170 lbs. I currently feel 'heavy' and slow on the bike. It's always been at the back of my mind that if I can get back to riding 220-250 miles a week, my weight will reset, but that's not possible at the moment.

Anyway, I look forward to spending time here and learning how to adjust to the change in my circumstances and my metabolism as I age.
