You know of all the things I knew you could find on the internet, this definetely wasn't something I thought I could access...silly me huh? :D Anyway I've struggled through my most of my life (since I was around 7) with being over-weight or as my g.uncle called it "pugginess". I'm not sure how it started (though I know my g.uncle had something to do with it He's at 320lbs now...:( ) but I know that it has to stop now. I'm in my graduating year at high school and I want to look good at formal in june. Also I'm tired of feeling sorry for myself when I know I can't fit into a pair of jeans or something. Cus I'm not the type to be overly concerned about this sort of thing, and I've got enough stuff I want to be preoccupied with not my weight.

I'm very glad that I found this place because I'm always up for being motivated and motivating others. I've done dieting before and exercising. About a year ago I lost about 25 lbs...but when school was back in, the cafeteria was the place to hang out. I quickly packed it back on to my disappointment. Though this time I am determined. I will lose it, and I will be healthier.

Here's to a new (and final) start! :D
 
Hello! Welcome to the site! I know you will find all the motivation you need here.. everyone here is wonderful! What kind of diet are you currently on? What are you doing for exercise? You might want to start by starting a journal if you dont already have one.. Its a good way to keep track of your food, caleries, exercise, or just to vent... and we all look at it and give you feedback on what area's you could improve in! I look forward to chatting with you!

I noticed the journal things and I got myself one.
Lets see...I've basically just cutting out all kinds of useless sugary junk like pop and candy.

and eating healthier and running on the treadmill.
