Hey there

Hey all, I'm new here. I'm 17, born, raised, and still living in New York. I was previously 245 lbs and within 8 months, lost give or take 80 lbs. I don't workout at a gym, just all home workouts and jogging. My current workout include:
- 2 6-Sets of 50 Sit-Ups (Total of 600)
- 2 3-Sets of 40 Push-Ups (Total of 240)
- Lift Weights (10 lbs and 25 lbs dumb bells)

My diet includes:
- Breakfast (Cereal only or/and a boiled egg)
- Lunch (Protein Bar and Green Tea)
- Dinner (Salad and/or cereal)
- Snack; usually between lunch and dinner (Tuna Sandwich)
