Hey There! Sorry so LONG!

My name is Shay and I'm from the Metro Detroit area. I'm new to this site and came here in need of a little help. First let me state, I haven't really researched this site yet, so if my questions are redundant, I apologize.
What can I put in my diet to give me energy ALL DAY! I work full time MON-FRI // I go to school MON-WED-FRI (6-9:30pm) // I work a part time job on Tuesdays(night) and Saturdays(during the day). I have been going to CURVES for a little over a month, I try to fit the workouts in before school and my extra job. I have also just quit smoking about that long as well. I wish to lose weight (by working out and eating right) and to be very healthy and HOT by this summer.
I am a 31year old female. I am 5ft 9inches tall. I know I have a lot on my plate, but I also know it can be done. I each a lot of "Healty Choice" meals, "Lean Pockets". By the end of the week, I am just wiped out! I think it's because of my diet. I try to get as much sleep as I can, but that may be some of my downfall as well.
Can anyone give any suggestions how to make all of the above work, so I do not have a melt down by summer. Thanks ;)

Get rid of healthy choice and lean pockets, they are not that lean. Start eating 5-6 times a day with quality foods. Read through the nutrition and diet sections. More fruits and vegetables, with lean meats.

Oh and welcome

I have recently found broccolli to be an excellent energy source. Luckily, I love the stuff! :)

Welcome to the forum too

Thanks!

I love broccoli as well, thank goodness. I guess I am just going to have to grocery shop and prepare my meals at the beginning of the week so I can grab and run each day. Thanks a bunch!;)
