I'm Nolan. I'm new to the world of fitness. I'm 6ft and currently weigh around 240lb and my goal is to drop down to 200 by next july. I'm currently training at an MMA gym and I go with my fiance to her gym to do supplementary cardio and weights. I've recently started a food journal and I've looked up a few things online to help supplement my knowledge. If anyone has some good tips they'd like to shoot my way I'd appreciate the help.
