just thought i'd drop a quick note and say hi to everyone!

i joined the community looking for a little motivation to drop just a tiny bit of weight for my next pageant. i'm 19, female, and currently a baylor student studying telecommunications with a minor in fashion merchandising. my height is 5'4'' and currently i'm at 116. ultimately, i want to be at 105 by next march (miss waco usa), but i'm in a smaller pageant in the middle of august during which i hope to lose at least six pounds.

i'm vegan and have been an avid health "freak" for years now; my weekly routine consists of cardio (hiit walk/run 3x a week), weight training (2x a week), and 45-60 minutes yoga (at least 4x a week - most weeks more).

glad to be here :) i'm looking forward to getting and sharing support!
