Hey guys and girls sry if I'm being a pain and making all these threads and asking you guys all these questions it's just that wokring out and exercising and eating right has become a mjor part of my life now (although on the occasion I'll have treats I just try not to over do it) and this week I decided to take the week off and start up a new training routine and better my martial arts. It's just so damn hard sometimes and I gotta get threw the diffuclt process I have so much faith in myself right now that you might think I a little arogant. thanks alot guys for helping out like JPfitness, manofkent, newf, Jenn, and any others who I cant think of right now. I know I can do it (note: I keep saying that but I have support from many people already. I'm just gonna stick with it and eat right. If I have any problems I'll just simply ask, but one of my resolutions this year was not to rely on others to much and if I need help I'll get it. Thx guys
