hey ppl i need help

hey ppl, im 15 im 190 pounds my body fat is 22% and i wanna drop to 170 pounds and i was wonderin if any one had any advice to help me. thanks
 
I lost liek 6 pounds in 2 weeks just from doing lots of cardio everyday and cutting my calories & drinking water :) maybe thatll work for you? :)
 
hey thanks im gunna try and like 1 hour to 1:30 hour maybe 6 or 7 times a week erm i think i usually drink enough water
