hey , need advice about something

well , i heard alot about diet's ,
i made diet by m own self , i stoped eating for 3 day's

and just drinking diet juice , with gym and hard exrices
i lost 7 lbs i think an it was cool

after it when i started to eat my stomic hurted me for first few day's but i become fine

should i do that diet again or it's risky ?

i have friend also made onther kind of diets , he just eat once in the day
and runs/walk for more than 2 hours
he rly lost alot .... but i dono if should i follow diet or it's risky
 
That would be a big fat NO.

Look around the stickies to try and find some information about proper eating for weight loss.
