well this is new for me we are trying this healthy living thing. hope it works out. started out at about 390lbs. and now am about 340. thats where i'm starting at again. see i fell off the wagon a little s as of the first we are going hard again weight training and healthy eating and lots of cardio. so any advice would be greatly apreisiated.:rolleyes:

What kind of diet are you thinking about?? What kind of excersize to you do?

You could start a diary, it helps you to keep track of cals and excersize, and helps us to keep tabs on ya ;)
