I've dieted before but never healthy & I didn't exercise. I've been eating right & working out. I'm here to lose some weight by summer and get support :) I'm 16 by the way, seventeen in june oh thats scary. I've always been obsessed with my weight and I still have plenty to lose to get to my goal. Its just a worry I want to get rid of before I turn seventeen so I can get a job and be confident. Everyone tells me I look really pretty & dont need to lose weight but I am average and I just want to be satisfied. I used to be really fat even overweight but I lost that. I don't want to do it the same way I did though.
 
I suggest running (if at all possible). But, you have to run correctly! Be sure that you don't slam your feet on the ground or treadmil. Running burns quite a few calories and helps burn fat from the love handles!
