hey, i realli need help...

Hey im 15 and began working out round late jan this yr,
I used to be very large and chubby in earlier years and since then
ive lost 15 kgs and grown alot taller which is good,
ive also become really interested in all forms of fitness,
i have one really troubling problem, im trying to get a sixpack and
i seem to hav a 4 pack at the top and a small pot belly at the bottom nothing serious just i want the rest of the sixpack.
i go to the gym 5 times a week usually, i eat really healthy for a teenager
and i do ab excercises and cardio and weights.
i heard its to do with a hip flexor but i have no idea what im doing rong for the lower abs.... sorri this is long winded but i dunno if im doing leg raises right or whateva im doin rong...
Diki
PS i would be so grateful if some1 helped me out...

if you have a small pot belly it is probably just fat as oppose to noting having the other 2 pack. So it will come down to diet or cardio or both to help get the rest of the fat off. As you say you eat healthly for a teenager, i.e. ye i eat crap just not as much as everyone else;) .

well one problem im havin with diet is what do i eat at night??... im hungry all the time and after dinner i dunno what to eat...

as i am not qualified i can't really say what the dietry requirements of a 15 year old are, basically you can and should be eating more then an adult. But basically try and avoid carbs after around 8-9 in the evening because if you don't give your body the chance to use them they get turned into fat. Protein sources are good though, so eggs, low fat milk or a protein shake may be a good alternative to have

I eat FF yogurt at night. Get some with low amounts of sugar. You could also eat a couple slices of turkey, just try to avoid a large amount of carbs before bed.

your muscles consume burn a lot more calories and even when you sleep you are burning the calories

you could try doing your ab exercises with weights like eg crunches with weights on your chest etc

if you havent been trying it out you should start with weights

as mentioned above a combination of cardi and balanced diet can play and important role
