:) Howdy dee :p um...i joined today and honestly have been putting off writing my first post...call me shy :eek: hehe i currently am at 105, my goal weight is 85. i have had a rocky few months with weight and am really looking forward to finally maintaining a good weight without having to starve myself! I love food and my life long dream is to become a chef (im a vego:eek: ) but part of my problem is my obsession with food:p oops...is this tmi for a 1st time poster? im not sure how it works. lol i would love support :) i have tried many things and right now i am mainly being a plain jane and counting calories and exercising whenever i can :D anyways, very glad ive found this site! ive been reading lots of threads and i love it so far! Id love to find a buddy or something, motivation is much appreciated lol :p

In answer to Meshellibel....Im a bit of a shrimp...im only about 5ft 2...are we supposed to put our heights? Sorry didnt know :p would be good if that number went up instead of the scales numbers :mad: hehe
 
no you aren't suppose to put it on there I was just asking cause that is a small weight. But you are 5'2'' so it makes more sense. :p Sorry if I was being too nosey.:eek:

Heights arent required, but I was curious too. I haven't seen anyone with a goal weight of 85lbs on here yet. Interesting. I am not sure what that looks like on a 5'2 frame. Well, good luck to you on reaching your goal. You will be an itty bitty thing. :p

:eek: haha im very sorry for my weight/height thing lol if i was anywhere near 85 pounds i wouldnt be on here lmao, its supposed to be kgs:eek: my brain is obviously trying to convince me of what i should be instead of what i am or something...oh well...86 pounds was nice while it lasted lol :p
 
Hi, your 5'2 and 105 pds??? according to the bmi charts you are already too thin. Why do you want to loose another 20pds?

lol dont worry about it , i dont even have blonde hair and i have my moments...so i dont know how to convert pounds into kilograms,... how much is 105 kilograms in pounds?
 
lol thanks for the concern newbride :p but i think its changed now, i went back and rethingied my ticker...so it shoud make sense now :) im not sure about pounds though, i dont normally work in them...i think they have online converters though but i also think pounds is a bigger number :eek: i dont like big numbers lmao :D i prefer my nice smaller slightly comforting numbers lol but im guessing its probably over 200...does everyone on here work in pounds? :confused:
 
I like the sound of kg's too. lol So that means you want to lose about 40pounds? I always get confused. Either way! You can do it girlfriend! Kick some booty tomorrow!
 
Calories burned by weight training???

Yep from what ive learned its about the equivalent to 40 pounds...does anyone know how many calories are burned on average by weight training? ive just discovered the beauties of the denise austin series and i know i shouldnt be weight training because i dont want the muscle i just want to kill the kilos, but i cant get my hands on an aerobics tape. aerobics is my all time fav type of exercise btw thats including dance...i used to dance...:( *tear*
