Hey hey!

Hey, how's it going? I'm 20 years old, 165 pounds and have been working out for a little over a year and a half.

I go to the gym usually every day and am there for up to four hours. I work on my upper body one day, and my lower body the next to make sure I keep everything in good shape. I also play basketball and volleyball whenever they have that going on, and I also do some of the Group classes; I do Kick and Step the most out of them all. I am pursuing an interest in becoming an instructor for kick as well as becoming a personal trainer. Well that's enough of my life story. :)
