Hey guys I'm Brittany. Im 17 and going into my senior year at high school and ready to get back in shape for school. I'm 5'11 and have a big build. It's annoying, I hate being tall for a girl but it has its plusses. I know that if I was shorter I wouldnt appear to have a flat stomach, lol. Anyway 2 years ago in the fall I started weight watchers with my mom, mostly to help support her and we both lost like 50 lbs. That spring my sister got married and I gave into the food and after that I pretty much fell back into that what you eat doesnt matter mode. I gained it all back and then some and I'm ready to lose it and I know that I can. I've heard a lot about south beach diet, and I'm thinking about starting to follow it. I'm mostly concerned about getting toned up again and staying healthy. My BMI says I should lose about 70 lbs so thats what I am aiming for. I joined because my mom's involved in a weight loss forum and it's helped her a lot. She never gained any of the weight back and I'm proud of her. Anyway, I just thought this might help keep me on track and I know that if I have questions I have somewhere else to go to. Good Luck everyone!
