Hey guys new here.

hey well im a junior in high school. and i was on the basketball team, but i got cut..(see bottom of message to hear the story) well i was in great shape when i was on the team, but now i feel like a piece of fat. here to get tips and ideas to get back in shape


THE STORY
Well it was the day of tryouts and i was pumped up. (yeah if your on the team u have to tryout again) well our coach lets us play basketball in the gym at lunch, and i rarely play but now that i was feeling it, i went in to play. during the game i sprained my ankle.. BAD and the coach looked at me with no emotion and just said leave him alone. so i went to the trainer to take a look at it and he said. "ouch, thats bad" and i was ike well can u tape it up because i have to try out today. well my freakin ankle was taped up pretty good and i tried out still, after the tryouts (i out ran some of the people there believe it or not) i unwrapped my ankle and it was black and blue all over.. so the next day was day 2 of the tryouts, i made it. so i taped it up again, and got used to the pain until one of the centers fell on my foot. i was like thats it im done.. well it resulted in the end to me gettin cut.. ahha sorry so long but yeah
