Im new to this forum so I dont really know how it works, I am not sure if Im posting this where I wanted to, but anyways. Ive been(34F) trying to lose weight in the past ~6 months, but barely had any progress. Ive tried going to the gym and stuff, but it didnt really work out. I even bought this thing the Red Tea detox but that wasnt really my thing as well. Now Ive come across with a book called flat belly fix and I just wanted to ask you guys if this is actually a legit thing. Anyone has experience with it? Heres the link to the official site if you are not familiar with it: Spam link removed
Thank you for the answers in advance :)

The first diet you tried is a known scam by a well known author of a lot of these Scam Diets The diet you are looking at is similar to all of the other scam diets out their, in that is is designed to make money from the desperate and not to provide a quality product.

this particular one is basically a calorie controlled diet with 4 meals per day with a high fat intake, and despite the marketing hype, it does require exercise (It advertises that you don't need exercise) and again it is just marketing spin with their claim that it targets belly fat.

If you want to lose weight effectively, and by that I mean body fat and not water weight, you need to put some effort in. You need a diet that works, but one that you can understand, and accept, and do. Most, if not all, detoxes sold are hypes. They are great at taking money from desperate people who want quick fixes or know nothing about the human body, or both. That's what they say..
