Hey guys and guls :)

I've was looking for a website like this in google and after a good search in a lot of diferent websites i decided to choose this one, seems cool, simply and with a lot of people with knowing of stuff and avaiable to help.

I'm Portuguese, have 22yo, 170cm of height (5.5ft or 66.93in i don't know what measures are used in here) 56Kg of weight (123.5lb), don't pratice any sport, i'm in the 3rd year of the medical lab technician course, during the majority of days don't eat enough, i have some problems with social phobia, don't go out, my life is just, college -> home ; home -> college, feel the need of knowing people so i use the internet but after a while it goes very borring.
Well i don't have no one who can go out with me workout in free spaces so i would like some tips for working out at home.
