hey Gooch! and whoever

ok-- here is my plan-

9-11 solid sales calls to MA, and FL, on equipment leasing companies. Goal is to find 3 companies interested in my companies collection services.

11-12 eating, and office depot to get a second printer. Currently I e-mail things that need preinted to myself, and then print from the home puter- time waister.

12-2 making fu calls that are scheduled, and calls to PST companies, need to get at least one additional brochure to potential who has expressed intent.

2-4 run 5.7 miles to gym, swim 1 miles, rn 5.7 miles home.

4-5 calls to TX

*** total for the day is to find 4 solid potentials with intent of using my services.

5:30 dinner

I got a list of 30 ideas. It is called the Zen Habits for working from home. I will be working down thru that list as the days go along.
idea #1 is define workspace, blah blah, and that is why I am getting a printer for this computer today.

OKEEEEE DOKEEEE
FF

edit: oh p.s. I will be back to report what actually happened, I will keep my record of events n my Franklin and then come back and compare. It has already dawned on me that personal e-mail, IM'in, fitness board, all that are not on here. I've got a few minutes, I will feed my addictions for those things real fast and at 9: make my first call.

Im confused FF, is this your daily plan, to organise your priorities etc?

yep. I am now wing working from home. I am a partner is a collections company, IO do the sales, and well............ahem,,, I am having a hard time controlling myself. ACTUALLY ! I am a mess.

Good work, you'll be walking around in your pajamas all day in no time.

Sometimes in the winter I do cardio in pajamas (well, sleep pants and a muscle shirt), I just slip on some compression shorts underneath:yelrotflmao:

When my wife is on trips and I'm lonely for adult conversation I log in here a lot (like this week) If you tracked my activity you could probably tell which weeks she's here, and which weeks she isn't

OOOH, I did collections for GE bank cards at one time. I just wasn't cut out for it. I'm too nice I think. You're doing the sales? and another guy does collections? I can't picture you hassling some poor bastard that can't pay up.

yes I work with the clients that place collections accounts with us. Heck man, I could never stop smiling long enough for a debtor to take me seriously :jump1:

oh sheeyaht!! I am on the fitnees board at 9:44 :eek2: busted!

I was self employed for ten years and spent half my time working from home. Things that made me more productive were putting on clothes (not sitting in my jammies all day!), not doing laundry etc because any house crap totally distracted me. Not putting the TV on, though I usually kept it on for back ground noise. Not talking on instant messenger to my friends all day (sooo hard!).

My husband works from home 2-3 days per week and he also swears by the getting dressed part. He also works in the den, closes the door and only comes out for food or bathroom breaks! Also, set goals for yourself like you've done above with your time, it really does help!

I AM LURKING. My name is FF and I am a lurker. all say "hi FF"

hahahaha

but--- NEWS FLASH! this comes down to being really immature doesn't it. see me jumpa an spin - :jump1: hwehwhehehehe

ohm my good granny grunt!!!

I don't like you guys any more. except Gooch!

oh man!! I do not want to even tell you what I really did, verses what my plan was. But I did do some work, really! Just don't make me prove it hahaha

the big accomplishment was finding another person, whom wants to work from home, has some experience on the phone and now I am going to be helping her get started and do this owrk also.

That will totally get me focused and keep me on track.

it is amazing how I can present my problem, work on my problems, try to fix them and even get pissed and finally ask for help. AND THEN I start to help somebody else, and my problems evaporate.

huh!!! Darned universal law stuff is crazeeeeee  very spiritual in deed.

life is a paradox.

and tomorrow I will do some work.

I did get the printer though. but it's not set up yet.:11doh:

hey man...

I spent the morning at the passport interview, and process place.

I am comitted to stay up late if need be and get my workstation finished with bulletin board, printer, file cabinet, and folders with labels, and really organized.

No worries, I do not plan to make this a daily blog or soemthing, its just that right now, today, these beginning days, I need you for accountability and someplace ot report. No wondeer so many small business fail. their success or falure is in the hands of the owner- a person who decided to go it on their own and then was tooo prideful to admit they needed help.

thanks

FF
