Hi everyone! My name is Rich 
I am a 22 year old Fitness Expert. Working out and gaining my confidence had a huge impact on my life. I have gone through many struggles so far . Through being bullied, my dad passing away 2 years ago, and having absolutely no self confidence, I have come a very long way. I own my own company right now that is dedicated to helping others fulfill their hopes and dreams. Much like i did. I joined this forum because I know a thing or two about weight loss. I'd like to spread my knowledge as much as possible. I'm hoping you all will accept what I have to share
