Well I'm new to this site and getting back into worrying about my body, I want to get in shape for the right reasons. To be healthy and live a better and happier life. I'm chubby but I like to do outdoor activities just not all the time so me being somewhat out of shape hinders that. If anyone would like to give me ideas of how to start out at my gym again please do so!!
