I am 5'2", 130lbs (down from 150 at the beginning of the year)
My main exercise is running...which i do about 5 times a week. I am currently experimenting with HIIT...so I am not sure how that will go coz I have been at it for a couple of days. But i do go for aerobics classes once in a while.
I have been a regular reader of the forums..and theres alot of good advice in here. Keep 'em coming.
