Hi, I'm new to this site.

For a while now I've been trying to lose weight, so I can enlist into the military.
I've talked to a recruiter and he did a tape test, and he told me that before I could start the enlistment process I need to meet the military's weight requirement.

Since I'm 6' 1", I have to weigh about 195lbs, and when I went in to the recruitment office I weighed about 325lbs.

Since then I've been exercising everyday to shed the weight by jogging everyday, making adjustments to my diet, taking weight training during school, etc.

I went from 325lbs to about 260-270lbs.


Though it feels like I've hit a wall, as for a while now the number on my scale is not moving.
Do any of you have any recommendations as to how to drop my weight even more?
Should I change up my workout schedule, etc?
