Hey everyone

I just thought I would introduce myself. I'm Joy, from Newcastle, england. I'm 22 and around 106 pounds, Im 5'5.

I'm not looking to lose any more weight, I just want to tone up a bit, and maybe get a bit of upper body strength!

I'm a healthy eater, but relatively new to having an exercise plan... that I stick to!

At the moment I am not part of a gym due to financial constraints, but I have an exercise bike and weights at home, I try to go on the bike every day... but I'm a bit rubbish with the weights!
 
Welcome, being so light you will be at a greater risk of getting osteoporosis later on in life. Strength training can help prevent that where the bike cannot. You will also amaze yourself when everyday chores get much easier as you get stronger. Good luck and happy exercising.
