hey everyone

hi im 18, 5'11 and weight 187 pounds, and to be honest i am a pot head (for about 2 years almost everyday, no cigs). And now im just really tired of people thinking they can push me around, thinking i cant do anything. Now i want to lose weight and become bulk before i head off to college so i wont have that problem anymore. I really just started working out yesterday and i joined here so i can get tips and hint on how to lose atleast 20 pounds and gain muscle before 2 months. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Welcome. Dont worry about losing 20lbs, your height and weight are proportionate. Look around for some good info on dieting and weight training.
 
Your post wasn't very clear: are you still a pot head or have you quit? Its a personal choice obviously but, for me, getting stoned regularly wasn't conducive to a healthy lifestyle for 2 reasons:-

1) The munchies (need I say more?)

2) Extreme lethargy

I completely agree with ChrisJG in that it's not a good way to live for health reasons, especially with trying to build muscle.

I just recently quit and started working out
