Hey Everyone

Hi everyone, my name (or wat u may think is my name) is mi7sen its pronounced mih-sin its part of my name...anyway im 16 im 173cm tall and i weigh 115Kg...i kno its scary..anyway. allmy life ppl have tried to get me to loose weight but i nvr really cared. i was ok with my body size..well now im sick and tired of being fat....and i wana loose weight i thought i would join the forum to get osme info on what to do and how to do it. I try to excercise twice to three times a week by going ice skating for 4 hours...im barely off the ice and i only stop skating for 5 minute intervals whenever i loose my breath. ive been skating for about a year now and instead of loosing weight i gained more! im guessing it is muscle mass...i also work out in my room with dumbells and i do sit up to try and make my belly a bit more firm..i would do push ups if i could but i cant. so i do half pushups...i try my best at physical activites and i really do push myself. i did the 1500m run in 11minutes and i was the only one in my P.E> class who diddnt cut half way through...even tho i was last i felt good coz i was honest to myself. anyway i would love some support...here are a few pics of me to get an idea of what i look like
p.s. i dnt know what you guys are like...but i wana say one thing that truly embarrases me is the man breasts...i am ashamed of taking off my shirt...and im always self concious...after all the taunting i received

i edited a picture of me that i took....and even tho i am not that thin in this pic...this is wat i am aiming on looking like....my shoulders are not changed neither are my arms...jus from the chest down has been edited...everything else has been defined
 
Welcome to the boards, it's good to see you're commiting to a change. The first thing you need to look into is a good diet, search around a bit and I'm sure you'll find one. Any more Q's, feel free to make another thread.
 
hey, i do have a question...there was this diet i did i would loose 9lbs every 11 days...and i did i lost approx. 15 Kg i was 100kg! i was so happy but withing a month i gained it all back as fast as light! and i was watching wat i eat....
 
Sounds like a classic yo-yo diet to me....starve yourself, lose weight, stop dieting, gain more weight. Whatever that diet was, avoid it at all costs! Don't think of healthy eating as a 'diet' just think of it as healthy eating. There is so much information here that will help you to lose weight and keep it off. Like Mriek says, have a good look around (the search facility is very useful) and dont be afraid to start threads and ask questions if you can't find the answers you're looking for.
