I just joined here today. My name is Stacey, I'm 17 and I live in Ohio. I weigh 140 pounds but I have some unhealthy weight around my abs. I'd like to slim down to 120 pounds. I just started my workout on monday. I exercise for 2-2.5 hours a day, and I'm eating healthier and eating smaller portions. I'm using home video workout tapes. I do 2 hours of step aerobics and if I have time half an hour of an ab toner. I came here because I want to stay motivated and not give up. I'm also hoping to lose some weight in my breasts because I'm rather short and they're a bit big. I'm a 36C/D and 5'4. I'm looking forward to losing the weight, and later mantaining it. :p
 
Welcome Stacey!! We are a very supportive bunch and are looking to help you out any way we can! You look like your doing really well so far, so keep it up. You might want to start a diary, we record all of our excerise and diet for the day. Considering you have 20 pds to loose, you might also want to join our "20 pd club,pt2" Our goal is to loose 20 pds by sept..26 (i think)

Anyways, welcome to the forum!!

btw...what part of OHio are you from?? I'm from Arlington
