Hey Everyone. Just want to say hi to everyone since I'm new. I've actually been continuelly gaining a lot of weight the last two years and really need to do something about it. Over the past two years I have went from weighing around 135(size 7) to weighing 215. Working at a candy shop and a fast food place didn't help any either. But now I'm serious about losing weight to prove to a lot of my family members that it can be done, because a lot of them are struggling with weight too. Well I would love some suggestions on how to get started. Thanks
