Hi there...good to hear you re a professional...we ll sure need loads of your tips!

by the way...I wanna ask your opinion about a concern I have...Is it in your mind good to do HIIT skippin a rope? I ve asked this already but no many answers yet..:)

Hi Ben - welcome to the forum :)

gip1984, theoretically, HIIT can be applied to pretty much any cardio as its all about your heartrate. However, it depends on how proficient you are at skipping. Personally, I wouldn't use it as I am rubbish and catch my feet with the rope frequently. The last thing you want when you're in the middle of a high intensity period is to catch the rope with your feet and have to stop - it would defeat the whole object and be extremely frustrating!

Give it a try and see how you get on. Treadmills, ellipticals, stationery bikes, even the swimming pool however, are far more reliable.
